"There is only one window, and at the time of our stay they were renovating the facade, so we couldn't open the window to air out the room. However, this is of course only a temporary issue (we were there in the beginning of June)."

"Great location, close to core Marais area, the studio is small but has everything. Typical historical building in Paris but almost humidity-proof (I used to live in Paris for 3yrs in a similar building and I must say the property is better than my old flat in this regard!). Host always super available and respond immediately. Self Check in/out instructions were clear and sent in advance."

"Window opens to court but nothing to complain about - this is perfectly normal in Paris 3e arrd. Mattress is a bit too soft and not so comfy (for those who prefer firmer ones). It would be great if there were courtesy shampoo/shower gel - doesn’t need to be single-use pkg, could also just be a dispenser installed in the shower."
